The aggressive hybrid category has offered 2.52% returns in 2022. The aggressive hybrid category has 31 schemes. The popular aggressive hybrid benchmarks – NIFTY 50 – TRI, CRISIL Hybrid 35+65 – Aggressive Index, S&P BSE SENSEX – TRI, and Nifty MidSmallcap 400 – TRI – offered 5.69%, 4.81%, 5.80%, and 1.86% respectively in 2022 according to ACE MF data.
Around 11 schemes in the aggressive hybrid category offered negative returns. Some schemes that lost the most were Axis Equity Hybrid Fund which lost 5.15% followed by Bank of India Mid & Small Cap Equity & Debt Fund. The scheme lost 4.77%. PGIM India Hybrid Equity Fund lost around 3.86%. HSBC Aggressive Hybrid Fund lost around 3.74%. DSP Equity & Bond Fund lost 2.72% and LIC MF Equity Hybrid Fund lost 2.17%.
Aggressive hybrid schemes witnessed inflows worth Rs 8,721.52 crore between January and November 2022. These schemes witnessed an outflow of Rs 6,054.73 crore in 2021.
