UPDATE: FOX 10 News has learned new details into what landed a Mobile woman in jail, accused of assaulting a nurse and hospital security.
Darmesia Moton bonded out of Metro Jail Tuesday night on a $31,000 bond.
Moton is accused of attacking two ER nurses and a deputy with the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office who was working as a security guard at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital.
According to the deputy, Moton was acting disorderly and swearing at hospital staff.
That’s when, according to investigators, Moton knocked down a nurse, kicked the deputy, and an x-ray tech.
They say Moton was with a 17-year-old girl who was being treated for some type of “narcotic ingestion”.
We reached out to Moton’s attorney to get her side of the story.
The attorney said he hadn’t spoken with Moton yet, so he declined comment.

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A woman was arrested early Sunday morning after assaulting a hospital security guard and two nurses in the ER at USA Children’s and Women’s Hospital, according to authorities.
31-year-old Darmesia Moton is charged with three counts of second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
Deputies say Moton was a visitor at the hospital.
According to a statement from USA Health the incident took place at 11:45 p.m. on Saturday and thanked security officers, MCSO, MPD and, USA campus police for a quick response.
It’s unclear what started everything.
According to jail records, Moton is scheduled for a bond hearing Tuesday morning.
