The report added that in FY23, compensation for C-suite executives at leading tech firms had been subdued, mirroring their revenue growth projections. Notably, Parekh’s remuneration had decreased by 20% to Rs 56.4 crore, while Tech Mahindra‘s former CEO CP Gurnani took a 50% pay cut.
