Two Law firms are piloting a merger agreement between a special purpose acquisition company and Airship AI Holdings, Inc., a provider of artificial intelligence-powered surveillance tools to federal government agencies and companies.
Loeb & Loeb is advising Redmond, Washington-headquartered Airship AI, on the transaction, which values the company at $225 million. White & Case is counseling the New York-based SPAC, BYTE Acquisition Corp.
Upon the deal’s expected third-quarter close, the combined company is expected to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “AISP,” according to a statement.
