THIS is the shocking moment a five-year-old lad causes £5,000 worth of damage after keying a sporty Audi RS3.

The footage, captured by a CCTV camera, shows the child scratching the Audi‘s doors and the boot.

The poster titled the video: “Big respray incoming… this kid is in some serious trouble.”

The man on the video – who appears to be the owner – eventually notices what the young boy is up to and tries to stop him, but the damage has already been done.

The Audi RS3 costs around £53,000 and can go from 0-62mph in a around 3.8 seconds.

According to the car experts at cardoc, the average cost of a respray ranges between £2,700 to £5,000, so whatever the final amount is it’s certainly going to sting.

The video uploaded to TikTok by @dsgdemon has gone viral on social media with more than one million views – and some users were quick to comment.

One said: “Is it actually 5k damage? Won’t it be sorted with a scratch repair?”

Another said: “I doubt it will cost you £5,000 to repair the scratches.”

A third pointed out: “The person who stood there couldn’t hear the car being scratched??”
