The clip was posted to TikTok, showing dash cam footage of the rather expensive accident – filmed by a motorist named Ilyes.

The video shows a Toyota C-HR pulling out from a junction onto a main road forcing an approaching Porsche driver to slow to avoid a collision.

Seconds later, the white Toyota stops, and the driver behind the wheels of the Porsche decides to continue driving.

At that moment, the Toyota accelerates off – smashing into the side of the Porsche, causing substantial damage to both cars.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the accident, according to the poster.

The video has gone viral with more than 699,000 views on TikTok and 2,919 comments.

And users were left divided after watching the video on social media.

One said: “We all know it’s the white car’s fault, but to avoid damage, the Porsche could’ve stopped because he saw the white car kept moving.”

Another said: “White SUV should have just gone for it and not have been in the middle like that, and the Porsche could have avoided it.”

While a third pointed out: “White car here at fault for sure.”
