Venango's Kids in College provides fun focus on STEM learning – pennwest.edu

School may be out for summer, but it doesn’t mean learning has to end. With Kids in College, students in grades K-8 can have fun while learning subjects related to science, technology, engineering and math.

Students will make discoveries, create experiments and crafts, and go on adventures. It’s so fun, they won’t realize they are learning on their days off. The week-long event is scheduled for 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, June 26, to Friday, June 30, at the PennWest Clarion – Venango campus.

A supervised, half-hour lunch break is part of the daily schedule. Students bring their own lunches. A drink is provided.

Register at clarion.edu/kids-in-college. Scholarships are available for qualifying families. For more information, email Amariliz Sanchez at asanchez@pennwest.edu.
