SAS, Mathematica, and others offered at no cost in support of research and scholarship.
UITS offers statistical and mathematical software, like SAS and Mathematica, on all of its central systems, including IUanyWare, in the Student Technology Centers, and on our high-performance computing systems. While it was previously thought that Mathematica would begin incurring a cost this year, this is no longer the case.
All of our statistical and mathematical software titles remain available at no cost on central systems, and we continue to sell licenses at a discount for installation on laptops and workstations. Supporting the research and scholarly activities at IU in a consistent, familiar way during these difficult times is very important to us and central to our mission.
