udaan reports over 300% rise in premium FMCG packs sales



udaan has reported strong growth in sales of its premium Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) packs. The e-B2B platform attributed this growth to shifting consumer preferences, with families increasingly opting for larger family packs across A/B+ class retail and self-service outlets.

udaan achieved over 300% YoY rise in premium FMCG packs sales and expanded product selection by four times on the platform. Additionally, the company reported growth of about two-fold increase in its retailers’ base during the same period.

In the last one year, the FMCG category, in particular, has surged, achieving an impressive two-fold increase in size. On a Y-o-Y basis, the FMCG category on udaan has seen a robust growth in new customer with a 1.6-fold increase in the past year alone. The Average Order Value has also been on the rise, showing a 1.3-fold increase.
