“Slokarth and Saurabh have delivered well for the company for seven-plus years and we wish them well in their future pursuits,” said the company spokesperson in a reply to an email from ET Prime.
Within Ola circles, there were strong speculations about the two more major exits at CXO level but the company has strongly denied them. Company called it a “mischievous attempt to build a fake narrative.”
After a relatively quiet and stable period of about a year, the top level churn at Ola Electric is back in focus now. When asked about Ola’s work culture and continuous exits of key functionaries in a recent interview at Your Story, Aggarwal described himself as a straight shooter.
“I have a purpose and passion. Sometimes in the journey of a business, people don’t align with it and those separations are not as one wants. That sometimes leads to bitterness and sometimes the bitterness gets amplified,” he was quoted as saying.
Among those who exited the company most recently, Dash began his career as a manager at Ola Cabs in 2015 rose quickly to become the head of fleet management in three years. Three years ago he was drafted into the core team at Ola Electric. Today is his last day in the company. Sharda too was part of the founding team of Ola Electric.
