SSI Summit Educational Panels, Presentations

Although show organizers are still recruiting additional panelists to join the existing lineup, the trio of SSI Summit thought-leadership sessions is now official.

On Tuesday, Nov. 14, attendees will kick off their mornings with a roundtable discussion called “Cutting Costs Without Compromising.” This 75-minute discussion on how security leaders can do more with less will come in handy for those who are finding the increased competition tough to deal with these days.

End Users Have Their Say

The lunchtime panel will feature end users talking about what they’re seeing these days in the security space and talking about what integrators and manufacturers can do to make their lives a little bit easier as staffing levels decrease, budgets shrink and demands increase at unprecedented levels.

The panel will include Nevada System for Higher Education’s Adam Garcia and Mark West, senior manager of event security for MGM Corporate Security, along with other yet-to-be-revealed end users.

Protecting Your Clients and Your Business

The last day of the SSI Summit, Wednesday, Nov. 15, starts with a breakfast panel discussion moderated by David Morgan, marketing committee co-chairman for The Monitoring Association, called “Protecting Client Privacy Protects Your Business.

He’ll be joined by SSI columnist Paul Boucherle, founder and principal of Matterhorn Consulting; Patrick Egan, CEO of Egan Security Group and John Nemerofsky, COO of SAGE Integration, for what’s sure to be a lively start to the final day of conversations.
