REHOVOT, Israel, May 9, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Steakholder Foods Ltd. (Nasdaq: STKH), an international deep-tech food company at the forefront of the cultivated meat industry, today announced that Moran Attar, CPA, is joining the team as Vice-President of Finance following the decision of the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Eitan Noah, to step down from his position. Mr. Noah stated that his resignation was for personal reasons, and not due to any dispute with the Company.

Ms. Attar has more than 15 years of experience as a financial advisor and accountant, including 9 years as a CFO of public companies traded on the Nasdaq, London and Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges, such as BGI Investments Ltd. (now Israir Group Ltd.), G Willi-Food International Ltd., Univo Pharmaceuticals Ltd., and BSD Crown Ltd., and as an executive consultant with EY Israel, a member firm of Ernst & Young. She has vast experience working in the pharma, retail, high-tech and foodtech industries, and holds a B.A. in Accounting & Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and an M.A. in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University. The Company’s strong financial team under Ms. Attar’s leadership and vast experience will work to ensure interim oversight of the Company’s finances and accounting, including financial controls, and a smooth leadership transition while the Company conducts a search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer.
