SQLINK Group appoints Shelley Mahrez as Vice President of … – CTech


SQLINK Group, which provides solutions and services in IT, data analytics, and digital, has announced that it has appointed Shelley Mahrez to the position of VP of Technologies and Business Development. As part of his role, Mahrez will lead all the strategic activities of expanding the group’s business and will be responsible for locating, managing, and implementing mergers and acquisitions of tech companies.

“I am excited and welcome the opportunity to join the SQLINK Group as VP of Technologies and Business Development,” said Mahrez. “SQLINK is a key player in the field of information systems in Israel, with innovative technological expertise and offers a wide range of solutions to its customers. The strategic directions for expanding the group’s activities into the fields of AI and advanced analytics place it at the forefront of technology companies in Israel. I am sure that in combination with its professional and talented management team, we can together realize the enormous potential and lead it to unprecedented achievements, especially through strategic mergers and acquisitions that serve as an important growth engine for the group.”

Before joining SQLINK Group, Mahrez was a co-founder of the Fuente company and served as its CEO for 22 years until it was sold to the Malam Timm company in January 2020. Then, he became its Vice President of Technologies and Business Development and also was the founder and owner of the Kimra company until he moved to SQLINK Group.
