SPAC Goldenbridge Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:GBRG) (SDA) has completed its planned merger with Chinese auto insurance and services provider SunCar Technology Group.
Shares of the combined company are expected to begin trading Thursday on Nasdaq under the symbol SDA. Goldenbridge shareholders approved the merger on April 14.
Goldenbridge had originally been slated to merge with Chinese work solutions provider AgiiPlus. The deal was mutually terminated in May 2022.
