Simple hack can save more than £100 on energy bills

After two years of sky-high prices, there are still no cheap fixed deals back on the market and falls in energy costs are yet to kick in.

But new household money-saving tool Nous.co is offering a hack that means almost all households can save more than £100 per year without signing up to a fixed deal, and some have saved £300.

They will then see their bills fall again from July when the new Ofgem price cap comes into effect.

It works because Nous gives any commissions earned from switching back to customers in the form of monthly rewards.

Greg Marsh, founder and CEO of Nous, said: “UK households have been struggling with soaring energy bills over the last couple of years without being able to save at all.

“Wholesale energy costs have plummeted, but these huge decreases aren’t being passed on to consumers.

“We want to make sure everyone pays a fair price for their energy. At the moment, joining nous.co/energysaving is the only way to save on your bills.

“We have saved some households more than £300 on their energy, and almost all can save well over £100.”
