Should I sell Union Flexi Cap Fund?

I invested in Union Flexi Cap Fund (growth option) in January 2021. The Net Asset Value was Rs 33.67 at that time. Now the NAV is Rs 33.52. Should I hold it or sell the scheme?

You are investing in a flexi cap scheme. Flexi cap schemes invest across market capitalisations and sectors based on the outlook of the fund manager. These schemes are considered ideal for investors with a moderate risk profile to achieve long-term goals. The scheme offered 38% in 2021, and it lost 1% in 2022. The scheme has offered 4% in the last one year. It offered 24% in the last three years, and 12% in the last five years. It is an above-average performer in the flexi cap strategy.

If you don’t understand much about mutual funds, seek the help of a mutual fund advisor. Gain enough knowledge and experience before taking care of your investments. Look at the CAGR returns and compare the performance of the scheme with its benchmarks and peers to get a complete picture. By the way, the current NAV of the scheme is Rs 36.32.
