These cooking gadgets make cooking easy, use less oil, and can help you cut back on your energy bills.

A 1,000W air fryer costs just 17p to run for 30 minutes and 34p to run for an hour.

B&M is selling the Tower Vortx 7.6ltr Dual Basket Air Fryer for just £99.

The gadget has seen its price cut by 33% after it originally retailed for £149.

And several excited shoppers posted their joy after buying the B&M air fryer on Facebook.

Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook group, one shopper said: “They’re selling these huge air fryers at B&M with a £50 discount.”

Another shopper responded and said: “This is a good price.”

“I actually love mine. I have this exact model and it’s brilliant. My oven hasn’t been on since I bought it,” said a third shopper.

The Tower air fryer comes with a digital display, 360-minute timer and precise temperature control.

Plus the gadget comes with six cooking modes.

But, the air fryer is only available in-store and shoppers will need to be quick while stocks last.

You can find your closest B&M using the store locator tool on its website.

But you should always have a quick shop around first as you might be able to find a similar product cheaper elsewhere.

Prices vary by model, size and retailer so it’s worth having a browse elsewhere before you make a decision.

Use price comparison tools like Google Shopping to find similar products from other retailers and compare prices.

Dual-basket air fryers have really gained popularity over the past few months, and there can be some expensive alternatives.

Nina is one of the most popular brands for air fryers, but its dual-drawer fryer costs £199.99 so it’s an investment.

But shoppers are loving cheaper alternatives like the Tower model.

This is the cheapest price we could find for this model, but as always do have a shop around.

And remember, it’s only a good deal if you were wanting an air fryer in the first place – if you get it just because of the offer, you aren’t necessarily saving money.

How else can I save money at B&M?

The B&M barcode scanner app allows you to discover discounted items before the staff have even reduced them.

The scanner is located on the B&M Stores mobile app, which can be downloaded for free on your smartphone.

Shoppers can download it on the App Store or Google Play.

Once you’ve got the app, click on the “scan” button at the bottom of your homepage.

This will then bring up the camera on your smartphone, which you’ll need to use to scan barcodes.

When you’ve found a product you want to scan, simply point your smartphone camera toward its barcode.

The app will then automatically bring up the item’s price – this is when you’ll know if it is reduced or not.

Bargain hunters say some items come up as £1, 50p or even 10p through the app.

Shoppers should also keep an eye out for products with a white reduction sticker on.

This means they will have a certain amount slashed off the price shown on the label.

Shop for products at the end of the season.
