LiquidText, the reading, note-taking, and document analysis platform used by legal professionals, among others, announced the launch of the enterprise edition of its platform.
The new edition designed for large deployments includes options for integration with document management software, as well as enhanced security, greater privacy and data location control.

Evisort
The contract lifecycle management provider announced a new brand identity that emphasizes the company’s commitment “to creating cutting-edge AI solutions and delivering excellent customer experience.”
Though its name will remain the same, Evisort’s refreshed product design and website builds on the company’s announcement last month of generative AI for contract drafting and negotiation.
Additionally, the company said contract negotiation is just the beginning of its generative AI plans, as it continues to expand its platform’s capabilities.

Exterro
Exterro, a legal, governance and compliance platform, announced it has acquired Zapproved, an e-discovery software provider.
Exterro said in a press release Thursday that market forces in privacy, digital forensics and incident response have created a need for a comprehensive and unified solution that can identify, understand and manage data in a contextual manner.
Bobby Balachandran, CEO & president of Exterro, said both his company and Zapproved “have shared a common vision for providing market-leading software and support for our clients and partners.” The combination of the companies “will continue that vision by delivering enhanced value to our constituents,” he added.
Everlaw
The cloud-based ediscovery platform announced it has been awarded a U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) task order over 5 years that pays up to $10.6 million.
The department will use Everlaw’s advanced ediscovery platform to automate its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) workflows, ediscovery support and other administrative actions to help facilitate efficient and effective responses to document production requests.
Everlaw will also help future-proof DOI’s technology stack by managing and centralizing the four million-plus documents that had previously been distributed across its bureaus and offices.

AbacusNext
The software provider for legal and accounting professionals announced the naming of three new executives.
Greg Reynolds, the company’s new chief technology officer, brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering cloud solutions for the automotive, financial, insurance and benefits industries.
Arik Moav, the newly appointed CFO, comes to AbacusNext from GoodRx where he served as senior vice president of finance.
James O’Connell-Cooper, the new senior vice president of marketing, previously led marketing teams in Australia and the Americas for Xero.

Casepoint
The cloud-based ediscovery provider announced it has achieved StateRAMP Authorization, which means it meets the stringent cybersecurity standards for state and local government agencies.
The authorization adds to the list of security and compliance requirements the company has achieved, including its DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Authority to Operate (ATO) from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
In 2020, Casepoint also achieved FedRAMP Moderate Authorization, which the company said fast-tracked the StateRAMP certification process.
