Cloud and cyber security provider makes biggest deal to date, snapping up Milton Keynes-based Bluecube
Ekco, the Irish cloud and cyber security provider, has made its fourth acquisition in 12 months in a deal that it said takes revenues past €150 million.
The company has acquired Milton Keynes-based Bluecube for an undisclosed sum in what it described as a “transformative acquisition” that positions it as a key player in the managed services provider (MSP) space in the UK.
