A REPLICA of Princess Diana’s beloved Jaguar convertible, used in hit Netflix series The Crown, is set to sell for £20,000.
The iconic, racing green motor was driven by actress Elizabeth Debicki while portraying the beloved late royal in the show’s fifth season.

It is being auctioned off by Netflix following the end of season six, which marked the end of the programme altogether.
The 1987 XJ-S Cabriolet is almost identical to the one Diana used in real life, including some of her personal modifications.
Both replica and original feature a V12 engine, US-spec headlights and specially-installed rear seats.
The model was originally produced as a two-seater but Diana has the extra two put back in to accommodate her sons William and Harry.
She used the car throughout the middle period of her marriage to now-King Charles, from 1987 to 1991.
However, the replica did come with one slight difference in that it was originally painted blue before being resprayed to match the “Diana car”, as the listing puts it.
The blue paintwork can still be seen under the bonnet and in the boot, giving away its true history.
And speaking of history, the vehicle comes with a “good” history file, including its life before The Crown.
It passed an MOT in August and has just 83,029 miles on the clock, having not been driven since.
The Jag is up for auction through Bonhams Cars with a dealer estimate of up to £20,000.
The sale will feature a treasure trove of Crown goodies, including the replicas of the Gold State Coach, Coronation throne and Diana’s infamous “revenge dress”, as well as a script signed by leading cast members.
A spokesperson for the auction house: “The car offered here portrayed the late Princess Diana’s personal Jaguar XJ-S Cabriolet in The Crown.
“Essentially an exercise in niche marketing to test public reaction, the XJ-S Cabriolet’s production was entrusted to outside specialist contractors, with bodyshells being transported back and forth across the Midlands before returning to the Brown’s Lane factory prior to final despatch.
“As per the original ‘Diana’ car, it also has the US-specification headlights and rear seats, the latter were installed in Diana’s example for the young Princes William and Harry.
“The Princess used her XJ-S from 1987 until 1991.”
The auction will be held from midday on February 7 in New Bond Street, London.
