Realty developer County group targets Rs 1,800 crore revenue from Ghaziabad project


Realty developer County Group, which has recently acquired 13.3 acres of land in Wave City, Ghaziabad, for about Rs 400 crore, is expecting Rs 1,800 crore revenue from the project it will develop on the land parcel.

The project Jade County, will have a planned saleable area of 3 million sq. ft.

As per RERA timelines, the project is slated for delivery starting 2030 in a phase wise manner.

Located in Wave City along NH24, Jade County will be an Indian Green Building Council’s Pre-Certified Gold project and will feature approximately 1,000 residential units across four apartment sizes—2358 sq. ft, 2898 sq. ft, 3555 sq. ft, and 5094 sq. ft.

These residences will be housed in nine high-rise towers, ranging from 27 to 31 storeys. A 55,000 sq. ft. clubhouse and a 7,000 sq. ft. commercial complex will also be part of the project.

County Group has delivered nearly 18 million sq. ft of living spaces to more than 10,000 families with projects like Orange County, Olive County. The group has more than 20 million sq. ft living under construction of commercial/retail space in its upcoming projects.
