Realty developer Aarize group acquires over 50-acre land for four projects



Gurgaon based realty developer Aarize Group has acquired over 50-acre land across four locations and will use it for SCO plotted developments, high street retail spaces, residential plots, and townships, a senior executive of the company said.

The company has acquired these lands in Gurgaon and nearby town.

“We aspire to set new standards of excellence, blending modern design with environmental consciousness. Our vision is to not only build spaces, but to craft environments that inspire and enhance the quality of life for generations to come,” said Aman Sharma, founder of the company said.

Sharma was co-founder of Spaze group and has over three decades of experience in real estate.

Aarize Group’s plan to launch these projects within in a year.

“These new offerings are the result of extensive market research, cutting-edge technology, and a deep understanding of customer needs,” Sharma said. Delhi-NCR attracted $3.8 billion in FY 23 for acquiring 1,760 acres of land across 67 deals, while Mumbai recorded 73 deals for acquiring 960 acres for a similar amount.
