The Realme C55 has officially debuted in Indonesia. This is the company’s latest C-series smartphone, and it appears to meet all the criteria for being called the most premium model in the inexpensive Realme C-series. First off, the device features a Mini Capsule that resembles iPhone 14 Pro ‘s Dynamic Island . The handset sports a conventional punch-hole cutout in the centre, but it can expand to show notifications like charging, battery full, low battery warning, data consumption, steps taken today, and walking distance. The Realme C55 features flat edges, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and dual rear cameras.
The key specifications of the budget Realme smartphone include a 90Hz full-HD+ display, a 64MP primary rear camera, 256GB of storage, 33W fast charging support, and Android 13 OS.

The Realme C55 features a flat bezel, a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the centre, and a 6.72-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The handset is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G88 CPU, a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB/256GB of storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card. The device runs Realme UI , a custom skin based on Android 13 OS.
The phone is backed by a large 5,000mAh battery unit that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. For connectivity, it features 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. For security, the handset sports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Realme C55 comes with a 64MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth lens on the rear. For selfies and video calls, it houses an 8MP front-facing camera sensor.

The Realme C55 has been priced at IDR 2,499,000 (about Rs 13,300) for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model and IDR 2,999,000 (around Rs 15,900) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The phone will go on sale starting on March 8. It will be available in Rainy Night and Sun Shower colours. The device is also expected to arrive in India.
