The recently new owner of a Westfield vehicle dealership has purchased a nearby repair shop.

The Post-Journal and OBSERVER have been analyzing real estate transactions and recently looked at the sales from April 1-10.

During that time period, Darren Buck sold 7535 E. Main Road, Westfield to Warren Property Holdings, LLC of Jamestown for $300,000. That is the location of Westfield Auto Center, a tire dealer and auto repair shop.

At this location will be luxury villas, weddings, wellness and spas, dining, kiteboarding, paddling, and more. Hide Away Bay Resort states on its website that it will be open in May, 2024.
