Putin says no grain deal until west meets obligations – video


The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, has said the deal that allowed Ukraine to export grain safely through the Black Sea will not be restored until the west meets its obligations to facilitate Russian agricultural exports. Speaking at a press conference with his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Putin said ‘there is no physical shortage of food’, denying western claims that Russia had stoked a food crisis
