The younger generation is increasingly engaged in creativity, generating numerous innovative ideas.

People from this generation are implementing their creative ideas online, and they often go viral.

Even children to adults are following suit, trying to gain popularity on the internet.

A recent example of this trend is an assistant professor in Maharashtra who captured attention and laughter online with his unique approach to announcing his new job.

Prateekshit ‘Kanu’ Pandey, who secured a position as an assistant professor at the Department of Communication at UC Santa Barbara, chose to announce his appointment in an unconventional manner.

Instead of a simple announcement, he created a poster designed in the style of congratulatory banners commonly used in Indian political campaigns.

On X platform, he shared pictures of the poster along with the caption, ‘Happy to officially announce that I am joining the Department of Communication at UC Santa Barbara @CommUcsb as an Assistant Professor, starting January 2024.’

In another thread, he explained, ‘I have the tremendous privilege of establishing my research program in political communication at UCSB, with a broad focus on understanding the role of political entertainment in shaping citizenship. More details coming soon.’

In the last thread, he expressed his gratitude, stating, ‘Finally, many thanks to @CommUcsb for inviting me into their wonderful and exciting intellectual community. I am beyond thrilled and eagerly looking forward to it. ♥️✨’
