Prices for New York City hotels will increase as Airbnb cracks down on short-term rentals, JLL says

Kevin Davis, JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group’s Americas CEO, says New York City hotels are experiencing the “strongest booking pace for the forward six month period” since 2015.
