Kanpur’s strategic location at the intersection of major highways and railways makes it a convenient transit point for goods and materials.
The company is looking at onboarding over 600 driver-partners to drive the intracity logistics services in the city and the number of driver-partners is expected to reach more than 3,000 by the end of the first year of operation.

With the launch in Kanpur, Porter will now be operating in 20 cities across India. Porter plans to expand to 35 cities in the next two years, with the aim to gain greater penetration within Tier-II and Tier-III cities.
