NSP arrests Central City man for child porn – McCook Daily Gazette

CENTRAL CITY, Neb. — Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Central City Police Department, have arrested a Central City man after a child exploitation investigation.

On July 10, NSP performed a search warrant at the residence of 1129 17th Avenue, in Central City. The search of the residence involved a child exploitation investigation.

Monday, Evan Burkhardt, 21, was located at a different residence in Central City and arrested for 10 counts of possession of child pornography. Burkhardt was lodged in Merrick County Jail.

The investigation remains ongoing.
