NOTICE FOR STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE BIDS The Jamestown Public School District No. 1, County of Stutsman, State of North Dakota, provides notice of its intent to contract for the transportation of students. The School District requests sealed bids for all of its busing services, including bus routes, special education routes, and activity and field trips. Specifications are available at the Jamestown School Business Office, 207 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401 or by contacting Kristi Grounds at 701-252-1950 or kristi.grounds@k12.nd.us. Bids must be received by Kristi Grounds, Business Manager, Jamestown Public School District No. 1, 207 2nd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401, by 4:00 pm on April 28th, 2023, at which time bids will be opened. Each successful bidder must submit in a separate envelope a bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total bid made payable to the Jamestown Public School District No. 1. The bond must be conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties set forth in the contract. All bids submitted must name the individual(s) who will operate the vehicle(s) and describe the vehicle(s). All bids must be sealed and clearly labeled on the envelope “School Bus Transportation Bid, 4:00pm, April 28th, 2023.” The Jamestown School Board reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding and in arriving at contractual agreements.
