THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing entitled, “National Security Challenges: Outpacing China in Emerging Technology.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Emily Kilcrease, Senior Fellow and Director of the Energy, Economics, and Security Program, Center for a New American Security; Mr. Jamil N. Jaffer, Founder & Executive Director, National Security Institute and NSI Cyber & Tech Center, Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University; and Ms. Lindsay Gorman, Senior Fellow for Emerging Technologies, The Alliance for Securing Democracy at the German Marshall Fund of the United States.
