TESCO shoppers say their “dreams have come true” after spotting a new “yummy” Ferror Rocher Easter egg flavour.
A sweet-toothed Facebook user spotted the White Chocolate & Hazelnut egg on the shelves at their local Tesco branch.
The supermarket sells the 250g luxury egg for £15 – slashed down to just £10 if you have a Clubcard.
You can smash open the egg to reveal the classic foil-wrapped Ferrero Rocher chocolates hidden inside.
Tesco also sells a 100g pack of Ferrero Milk Chocolate and Hazelnut mini Easter eggs for just £2.75.
The store stocks a 90g Ferrero Rocher White Chocolate & Hazelnut Bar for £2.20, or £1.60 for Clubcard shoppers.
Shoppers hailed the new Ferrero Easter Egg flavour in the Facebook group “Food Finds UK Official”.
One said: “My dreams have come true.”
Another said: “Yummy.”
But a third shopper said: “I would never pay £15 for an Easter egg. The prices of all Easter eggs are scandalous.”
It comes as shoppers are rushing to cheap supermarket with items costing half as much as Aldi – after paying £3.50 for a “lifetime membership”.
Costco shoppers are going wild for a huge chocolate essential they “need in their lives”.
And Asda shoppers have snapped up whole crates of “35p” Pringles after a sign mix-up – only to learn they’d been charged the full price.
