Morgan Lewis will open an office in Shenzhen, China with a focus on technology and life sciences, according to the firm Wednesday.
Set to be the firm’s fourth office in China, the Shenzhen office will expand the intellectual property reach, according to Morgan Lewis.
The team will litigate many types of IP cases, including patent and trade secrets disputes, in addition to focusing on drafting and negotiating license agreements and commercial contracts as well as transactions and due diligence, said the firm.
