It’s an evidence of man’s indomitable spirit. Shakeel Badayuni wrote, ” Sitare hon ya ho maahtaab/ Insaan bana hai har shai pe fateh haasil karne ko ” (Whether stars or the moon/ Man is destined to triumph over all). Yes, Man is capable of reaching everywhere and winning every front. The indomitable spirit of humans will get a further boost with this epochal event in the history of mankind.
It’s said in Greek, Nous ebonon mega nous. An act of wisdom opens up doors of greater wisdom. So very true. Once you succeed in achieving something seemingly insurmountable, all other fronts become easier. Till May 29, 1953 many mountaineers tried to be atop the Everest but none succeeded. Once Tenzing Norgay and Edmund Hillary reached there, others started following suit.
A transforming event like this always paves the way for greater success, feats and achievements. Humans must be audaciously ambitious and visionary to dream because dreams lead to realities. This stride of India will galvanize all countries to emulate this. After all, it’s not just one nation’s dream fulfilled. At this juncture, we’re all clubbed together in our collective scientific missions. The more we’re into space expeditions, the more we get a wider vision. Astronauts believe that once you go into space, the space of your heart and mind gets enlarged. Let’s hope, India’s space expedition will enlarge and broaden the vision of the whole world.
