Governed by AICPA, System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports provide users with reasonable assurance that the service organization’s system requirements were achieved based on the applicable trust services criteria. Mobvista has been issued SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 reports, covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy of the Group’s related business. The evaluation period covers the period from August 16, 2021 to September 30, 2022. The report evaluated Mintegral, Mobvista’s programmatic advertising platform, XMP, a cross-channel media buying platform, and its data analytics, SaaS and cloud computing technology.
