But to claim the deal, foodies will have to order via the My McDonald’s app.

McDonald’s is also today offering Happy Meals for just £1 today.

The kids’ favourite usually costs £3.59 so customers are saving £2.59, or 72 per cent.

Of course, the exact amount you will save depends on which restaurant you order from as prices can vary from branch to branch.

Anyone looking to snap the offers up will need to go to the “Offers” section of the app.

Bear in mind, the offer is subject to availability and customers can only get one McMuffin or Happy Meal each.

You also have to be over 18.

The offer is also not available at the following restaurants:

  • Croydon
  • Birmingham Dale End
  • Lincoln
  • Ashton-under-Lyne
  • Lowestoft
  • Tonbridge
  • Rugby
  • Falkirk
