Last year, Everstone signed on as the master franchisee for Subway for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Everstone has announced that it plans to open about 2,000 Subway outlets in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Culinary Brands has also recently signed an exclusive license for the Lavazza brand in India. It also acquired from Lavazza Group a significant majority stake in Fresh & Honest Cafe Limited (F&H).
As such Culinary Brands now has two global brands, Subway & Lavazza in its growing portfolio of food & beverages brands. Separately, Everstone also operates Burger King in India through a joint venture with the American giant.
