Manmad-Indore railway line: Cabinet approves Rs 18,036 cr project, boosting Pithampura Industrial area


The Union Cabinet, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the construction of the 309 km railway line between Manmad and Indore for Rs 18,036 crore. This project aims to improve connectivity in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, benefiting industrial zones, agricultural areas, religious sites, and tribal regions. The new railway line seeks to integrate remote areas more effectively into the national economy.
