Paul Lawrence will be featured at the Noon Hour Concert at 12:15 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, at St. Johns Lutheran Church in Park Rapids.
According to a press release, Lawrence’s guitar and vocal music ranges from folksy ballads to bluesy boot-stampers, all with finely crafted lyrics.
Born and raised in southern Wisconsin, Lawrence has performed his original folk-country-blues music on stages from Minneapolis to Taipei, the release states. Back in the U.S. after 12 years in Taiwan, he is eager to share his new songs with English-speaking audiences.
