Jeena & Company adopts AI to boost productivity, improve operations



Jeena & Company has taken a step towards enhancing its operations and customer service by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its processes. The company has integrated its Customs House Agent (CHA) software with an AI solution.

One of the achievements of this AI integration is the introduction of “Single Click Automation.” By incorporating AI into various external interface processes, Jeena & Company has achieved improvements in efficiency. For instance, the automation of digitizing, signing, and uploading PDF documents to external portals, coupled with real-time tracking within their ERP system, has reduced lead times from 30 minutes to 3 minutes. This not only speeds up processes but also minimizes errors and streamlines document management.

Furthermore, the company has embraced API integration to enhance the customer experience. With direct access to live portal data within their application system, clients can obtain information without the need for external portal logins. Additionally, the downloading of live Excel data through Jeena & Company’s system simplifies data retrieval and analysis, providing clients with the necessary tools for informed decision-making.
