Jason Mamoa to be lead actor in Minecraft movie


Minecraft has joined hands with ‘Game of Thrones’ and ‘Aquaman’ star Jason Mamoa for a movie that is expected to hit the screen in April 2025.

Earlier, it was rumored that Steve Caroll would be the lead actor, but Jason Mamoa will be the lead instead. It was announced in 2014 that Warner Bros will develop the movie for Minecraft, but now after so many years, it has been made clear that some more time is needed to complete the film.

The fans will be happy to know that the universe will be brought to the screen, and it would be turned into a story-driven project. It is not yet clear if the film will be animated or live-action, but one thing is certain Jason Mamoa will be there, and it is enough to excite the fan.
