Is the US government hiding alien spacecraft? We may find out today

Last month, a US whistleblower made headlines around the world after claiming the government was hiding evidence of ‘non-human intelligence’.

Former intelligence officer David Charles Grusch alleged the US has ‘intact and partially intact’ alien vehicles, but is keeping them secret from the public.

Mr Grusch, who led the analysis of unexplained anomalous phenomena (UAP) within a US Department of Defense agency, told the Debrief that information on these vehicles was being illegally withheld from Congress.

He added that when he turned over classified information about the vehicles to Congress, he suffered retaliation from officials.

Those claims have been supported by Republican congressman Tim Burchett, who told the Washington Examiner he thinks the government has been ‘holding stuff back since Roswell in ‘47, and maybe prior to that’.

Now however, Mr Grusch and two others will testify before the US House of Representatives – Congress – and everyone can tune in on YouTube.

What time is the UFO hearing today? How to watch

Officially called the ‘Subcommittee hearing on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security, Public Safety and Government Transparency’, it will start at 3pm BST.

You can watch the hearing on YouTube via the link below.

Alongside Mr Grusch’s testimony, the committee will hear from two other former US military and intelligence community personnel, Ryan Graves and David Fravor, who both claim to have witnessed non-human aircraft.

In May, Nasa released the first findings of its ‘independent study group’ into UAPs. While the team did not reveal evidence of non-human intelligence, it did share a number of cases in which the objects seen could not be explained. These included a strange metallic orb flying over the desert in the Middle East.

‘This is a typical example of a thing we see most of,’ said Dr Sean Kirkpatrick, director of the Pentagon’s All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO). ‘We see these all over the world and we see these making very interesting apparent manoeuvres.

‘This one in particular, however, I may point out, demonstrated no enigmatic technical capabilities and was no threat to airborne safety.’

However, another case of mysterious orbs floating in the sky turned out to be commercial jet airliners.

In April, Dr Kirkpatrick testified before the US Senate Committee on Armed Services and said: ‘AARO has found no credible evidence thus far of extraterrestrial activity, off-world technology or objects that defy the known laws of physics.’
