The young man was left completely in shock after being told by 7 Days Performance that he had won a BMW G80 M3 and £1,000 in cash.

When asked about how many tickets he had, Evan said he had spent just £10.89 on them less than 48 hours before the draw.

He said: “My Mum tried to stop me from buying the tickets but I’m glad I didn’t listen to her!

“That’s the only time not to listen to your mum!”

Upon arrival at the 7 days Performance HQ, Evan recalled how he didn’t think he would ever win.

He said: “I thought I would enter and then never hear anything.

“I’m over the moon to be here, but I feel sick and nervous too!”

As the car was unveiled in front of Evan, he could only muster, ‘Oh my God!’

Sill in disbelief, even after seeing the car, he turned to the presenter and asked if it was really happening.

The presenter asked why he chose the car over the massive cash alternative and the 18-year-old said he was being ‘childish’ as it was his dream car.

He said: “Even the signs light up on the seats, Mum!”

However, with only a provisional license at present, Evan was unable to drive it home.

But he said he had his theory test the next day and if he passed that, it would be the “best weekend of his life!”
