The Puri-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will run six days a week, except Thursdays. The train, with 16 coaches, will stop at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road. This is the second Vande Bharat Express that West Bengal is getting after the Howrah-New Jalpaiguri Vande Bharat Express.
The AC chair car ticket fare from Howrah to Puri on Vande Bharat Express will cost Rs 1,265 while executive. chair car fare will be Rs 2,130.
Puri is also a very popular destination for tourists from Bengal and the Vande Bharat Express will help boost tourism.
The 22895 Vande Bharat train will depart Howrah at 6.10 am and reach Puri at 12.35 pm.

PM Modi will also lay the foundation stone for redeveloping Puri and Cuttack railway stations.
The prime minister will also dedicate the doubling of the Sambalpur-Titlagarh rail line; a new broad gauge rail line between Angul-Sukinda; the third line connecting Manoharpur-Rourkela-Jharsuguda-Jamga and new broad-gauge line between Bichhupali-Jhartarbha which will help steel, power and mining sectors in Odisha and will also help ease the pressure on passenger traffic in these rail sections.
