It’s that time of year again. No, not Christmas, Spotify Wrapped – but some listeners are struggling to find their highly-anticipated music round-up and have absolutely no idea where it is.

It seems to have arrived on the down-low, with some users not receiving a notification that their trip down a musical memory lane is ready to go.

Other users are receiving an error message when trying to watch on their browser.

Last year, the most-streamed artist was Big Bunny, beating Taylor Swift to the top spot. However, after a year of Swiftie mania, she’s sure to feature in millions of listeners’ Spotify Wrappeds this year.

Drake, The Weeknd and BTS completed the top five most-streamed artists globally.

Only Bad Bunny ranked a top song however, with Tití Me Preguntó coming in at number five. Harry Styles claimed the top spot with As It Was, followed by Glass Animals’ Heatwave.

But after another year of viral tunes and sleeper hits, who will top this year’s charts – and more importantly, your own?
