
Leading online alternative nicotine product retailer, Haypp Group, has announced the appointment of May Pan as E-Commerce Director and the new UK Business Unit Manager.
The new role was created by Haypp to oversee the continued expansion of their UK operations, with a strategic focus on boosting e-commerce performance and enabling an omnichannel approach in a highly regulated market.
Taking on this role, Pan will have responsibility for digital strategies and operations in the UK market, building strategic partnerships and working with the Haypp HQ team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Pan has more than 15 years of international experience in e-commerce in the consumer goods and retail sectors, spanning the UK, USA, Latin America, and Canada in both local and global roles, and has a proven track record in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
As an expert in e-commerce operating models, having worked with global brands such as Diageo, PepsiCo and Pizza Hut, Pan plans to create a premium consumer experience to drive online sales.
