Apple’s latest products are usually kept under strict lock and key until they’re announced to the world.
But it appears that one famous face has managed to get his hands on an upcoming device ahead of its release.
LA Lakers star, LeBron James, has been spotted holding what appears to be a new Beats speaker.
While Apple is yet to confirm or deny the speaker’s identity, it’s garnered huge attention among its fans.
‘Beats x Bron collab?!’ one user excitedly suggested on Instagram.

The speaker was spotted in a video posted to Instagram by the Los Angeles Lakers account, which is simply captioned ‘Hoodie Bron’.
LeBron is wearing black trousers and a black hooded jacket, while holding a gold, pill-shaped device in his right hand.
The device features a Beats logo, and is on a short lanyard – something we haven’t seen before with a Beats speaker.
Unsurprisingly, many fans are speculating in the comments about what the device could be.
‘Unreleased Beats Pill bluetooth speaker,’ one user suggested.
Another wrote: ‘Is that the new Beats Pill?’
And one joked: ‘How much did Apple give you for advertising this new Beats thing?’

This wouldn’t be the first time that Apple has turned to a celebrity to help promote a Beats device. The tech giant has previously collaborated with Kim Kardashian on a range of headphones in skin tones
MailOnline has contacted Apple for comment.
This wouldn’t be the first time that Apple has turned to a celebrity to help promote a Beats device.
The tech giant has previously collaborated with Kim Kardashian on a range of headphones in skin tones.
Speaking at the time, Kim said: ‘I wanted to break away from the idea that headphones have to be colorful to make a statement.
‘This collaboration is special because it allows you to blend in or stand out, and Beats is known for creating products that showcase individuality.’
