One of Genshin Impact’s latest collaborations will be with Samsung. This time, there is a Nilou-themed Galaxy S23 Ultra Accessory Edition. Astute Travelers should know there have been two previous crossovers between the two entities. Back then, there were special Ganyu-themed Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Buds2 Pro. Now, it’s for a different character with horns.
While Nilou is wearing a different outfit this time, her infamous head accessory is still present in this collab. The full details of this crossover are yet to be revealed, but there is still a decent amount of information to cover down below. Note that this collab is only for South Koreans.
Current details about the Genshin Impact x Samsung crossover involving Nilou and the Galaxy S23 Ultra
Twitter’s auto-translate feature reveals that this tweet states:
“New Collaboration Notice from Genshin Impact Galaxy Store! Galaxy S23 Ultra Accessory Genshin Impact Edition Nilou’s Galaxy S23 Ultra Accessory Edition coming soon. Details of the accessory collaboration event can be found in a later announcement.”
No current date has been revealed thus far. Likewise, there is no price or method to obtain the new Galaxy S23 Ultra Accessory Edition inspired by Genshin Impact’s Nilou. If it’s like past Samsung collabs, this special merchandise will only be available to South Korean players.
Other ongoing collabs with Genshin Impact
Chinese players have a different crossover happening. Kiehl’s (a cosmetic brand specializing in skincare) is partnering up with miHoYo with a sale that began on May 19, 2023. For example, Kiehl’s Rare Earth Deep Pore Cleansing Masque and Ultra Facial Cream are available at 340 CNY (roughly $48 USD).
This crossover features Tighnari and Collei merchandise, which is nice for fans of these characters seeking more items that include them. Examples of gifts include:
- Acrylic standees
- Badges
- Stickers
More merchandise tied to this crossover can be seen in the following tweet.
June 16, 2023, is when the next part of Kiehl’s crossover will begin. The previous gift was limited to the first 49,500 people who bought it. Unsurprisingly, Chinese players also have more collaborations ongoing.
There is another crossover with WeChat lasting from May 17 to May 23, 2023. Any Chinese Genshin Impact player with an Adventure Level 10 or higher is eligible to participate. It involves harvesting crops and exchanging them in WeChat for prizes like Redeem Codes. The Redemption Code is only valid until August 30, 2023.
The final Genshin Impact collab to discuss involves Pizza Alvolo in South Korea. This one started on April 12, 2023, but will end on May 23, 2023. Basically, it allowed players living in that region to get some neat Barbara and Jean-themed merchandise while enjoying pizza.
Don’t forget that South Koreans also have a Samsung collab planned in the future. Those who want a Nilou-themed Galaxy S23 Ultra Accessory Edition should wait until HoYoverse reveals more official details. Until then, that’s all the relevant crossovers currently happening in China and South Korea.
No collaborations are currently planned for American players, much to the dismay of that fanbase. If any of these offers interest you, take advantage of them before they expire.
