Gautam Adani, other promoters buy 2.4 crore shares of Adani Energy from open market

Promoters of Adani Energy Solutions have raised stake in the company from 70.41% to 72.56% between August 16 and September 14, as per a BSE filing .

The report stated that promotes might have bought nearly 2.4 crore shares during this period. The promoter holding at the end of quarter ended June stood at 68.28% as per the shareholding data available on the BSE.

In its filing to the exchanges on Saturday, Gelt Bery Trade and Investment Limited, one of the promoter groups informed about raising 2.5% stake in the company.

The erstwhile Adani Transmission has Gautam Adani and Rajeshbhai Shantilal Adani as promoters along with promoter groups like Gelt Bery Trade, Flourishing Trade And Investment, and Fortitude Trade and Investment among others.
