Explorer takes on marathon challenge after dementia cure promise to grandfather

n explorer is taking on seven marathons in the most remotest corners of all seven continents, inspired by a promise he made to his late veteran grandfather to fight for a cure for dementia.

Louis Alexander started the challenge last October and has since completed marathons in the Agafay Desert, in Morocco, the Wadi Rum desert, in Jordan, Alaska, and the Australian Outback, with the average time of each run between five and six hours.
